- The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC) is soliciting bids to�pave parking lots at multiple locations in Massena, New York.��All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.�Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a site visit tentatively scheduled for Wednesday June 2, 2021. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.� This is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.��NAICS Code: 238990, Size Standard: $16.5M.
