Description: Contractor shall provide, erect, and dismantle two (2) swing type scaffold assemblies at Beach City Dam, Beach City, OH. Quotation shall include all supplies, materials, labor, and transportation to perform said work. The scaffold assemblies shall be capable of lowering two personnel to the bottom of a 75� deep vertical shaft, with a top opening measuring 9�-0� x 3�-6�.
