Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Purchase Order to Triumph Modular, Inc. �Pursuant to FAR 13.106-(1)(b)(1), the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Triumph Modular, Inc. to purchase two (2) 10 ft. x 36 ft. trailers, with the salient characteristics outlined in the statement of work, to be installed. The product provided by Triumph Modular, Inc. and benefits to the Agency are described in the following below information. The USSS needs to purchase trailers to serve as the command post and staging area for the detail while on extended travel to the island of Martha�s Vineyard. Extensive market research resulted in the identification of only one responsible source � Triumph Modular, Inc. who is the only vendor that could provide the refurbished trailers and have them delivered to include ferry transport to the island of Martha�s Vineyard by the needed date. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 444190,� Other Building Material Dealers. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy USSS�s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the USSS�s requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 1:00 PM ET on May 21, 2021. Responses must be submitted in writing to katheryn.dennis@usss.dhs.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted.
