This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation RFQ-36C250-21-Q-0696 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). SCOPE: The VA Northern Indiana Healthcare system has a requirement for a brand name or equal to: Quantity:1 Blast Chiller, Reach In Traulsen Mode To TBC13-24 Spec Line Reach in Blast Chiller with EPICON Control, 13 levels holds (13) 18X26 Pans or (26) 12X20X2 Pans chills (200 LB) 135F to 40F 140 Minutes, with dual self contained refrigeration system, stainless steel interior and exterior, hinged left, 6 casters, cETLus, NSF. Quantity:1 208-230v/115v/60.0 amps, NEMA L14-20P, Standard Quantity:1 3 Year service, labor, 5 year compressor, standard. Provide required items within 180 days of award.
