- This is a Sources Sought for the purpose of conducting market research, and obtaining industry information ONLY.�The information will be used for identifying potential sources interested and having the capability of providing a wireless in ear monitoring (IEM) systems and guitar pack.�This is not a solicitation announcement for quotations, proposals or bids and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.�No proposals are being requested, nor accepted at this time.�The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest.�If you respond to this notice, you may be invited to one or more future solicitations in regards to the referenced requirement. We will announce and post any future solicitations separately.�No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information request. Scope:�MN ARNG is conducting a Sources Sought for Wireless In-Ear Monitoring Systems and a wireless guitar pack. Responses should include potential proposed brand and vendors interested in the future solicitation. In Ear Monitoring (IEM) System (8x systems): Each kit shall contain a minimum Rack Unit (Transmitter), Body Pack (receiver), Power Supply, Rack ears (2 Units per 1 RU) and required antennas System shall be capable of operating and shall include hardware required combine receivers behind a single antenna (example 4 transmitters utilizing 1 antenna) Shall possess front panel Channel Selection, Frequency display, menu control, power button and headphone connection (with volume control) and mute button on the transmitter Bodypack shall possess power/volume controls, channel/frequency display, antenna, L/R control for stereo mode. Primary menu control buttons must either lock or be covered to ensure no adjustment is made due to clothing/equipment incidental contact. Shall be capable of stereo and mono mode � capable of playing a separate audio channel in each ear or bridged. Bodypack must have a method to adjust the relative levels for each signal. Shall possess four band parametric EQ Shall possess rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery that provides remaining life tracker Minimum Battery life must be greater than 4.5 hours with a fully charged battery. System shall include an 8 bay battery charger with independent LEDs to provide charge status for the batteries Shall be capable of either manual channel entry or automatic scan and sync mode Body pack must have an adjustable Volume limiter. Minimum rated operating range must be at least 250 ft (open air) Input types must be XLR and TLS connectors Unit shall possess phantom power protection up to 48 volts Wireless Guitar Kit (1x system): Each kit shall contain a minimum Rank Unit (Receiver), Body Pack Guitar transmitter (transmitter), Power Supply, Rack Ears and required antennas Shall possess front panel Channel Selection, Frequency display, menu control, and power button on the receiver Bodypack shall possess power control, channel/frequency display, and antenna. Primary menu control buttons must either lock or be covered to ensure no adjustment is made due to clothing/equipment incidental contact.
