- Description
- The Defense Media Activity Technical Services Division is seeking a 12 month renewal of the Vimsoft warranted Vimsoft VimBiz SUP-12 Month maintenance support and updates Packages for the �VimBiz Solution Suite� software. (The Vimsoft VimBiz SUP-12) �The Vimsoft VimBiz SUP-12� is to service the commercial off-the-shelf �VimBiz Solution Suite� software and database that is currently installed and configured at DMA locations; AFN-BC, DINFOS, DMA-HQ. This requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed price; the contract is seeking a 12- month annual subscription, with 4 Option Years that will provide Vimsoft warranted VimBiz Solution Suite software support service (SUP). The SUP is the combination of the Support & Maintenance Package, and the Optional New Version Updates & Support Package. The services required also encompass activation and support of 30 DMA owned VimBiz Conditional Access licenses (CALs) The services required for this procurement action include annual renewal of the combination of the Support & Maintenance Package, and the Optional New Version Updates & Support Package of commercial-off-the-shelf Vimsoft �VimBiz Solution Suite� software, as well as, activation and support of 30 DMA owned VimBiz Conditional Access licenses (CALs). This annual support and maintenance; �The Vimsoft VimBiz SUP-12� for the VimBiz Solution Suite �software consists of: Live phone support during business hours Quick turnaround e-mail support Access to all new VimBiz releases Detailed documentation, provided by Vimsoft, if available The support services being procured include the following items: Base year and 4 option years of support for Vimsoft, VimBiz SUP-12 Month - Base, Support & Updates (VimBiz 12 months Support and Updates Package with monthly billing for AFN-BC, DINFOS, DMA-HQ, DMA-RFID, DMA-Rentals and the Activation of 30 DMA owned Conditional Access Licenses (CALs).
