Shall have capability to compare directly to computer aided design (CAD) files �file. 2. Shall not require regular calibration. 3. Shall not require regular maintenance. 4. Shall have capability to generate inspection reports. 5. Shall have capability to create images with measurements overlayed on part. 6. Shall have capability to create color maps. 7. Shall have capability to perform Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) measurements and analysis. 8. Shall be portable. 9. Shall be able to operate in temperatures from fifty (50) to ninety five (95) degrees Fahrenheit and humidity from twenty (20) to eighty (80) percent. 10. Shall be turnkey. 11. Shall not require a specialized measuring room or environment. 12. Manufacturer shall provide system specific technical support by phone, email and in person. 13. Shall operate on 100 to 240 voltage alternating current 50/60 hertz single phase power source. 14. Shall have measurement accuracy of plus or minus eight (8) microns and repeatability of plus or minus three (3) microns or less. 15. Shall not require granite or vibration isolation table. 16. Shall not utilize a laser. 17. Shall have capability to export measured elements as Standard for the Exchange of Product (STEP) and Initial Graphics Exchange Specification (IGES) files. 18. Manufacturer shall provide national direct sales and direct support coverage, application support and temporary replacement units available and on-site support available during normal business hours with advanced notice.
