- Amendment 1 issued 5/12/2021 to provide Statement of Work Revision 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of the NASA Launch Services Program (LSP) Integration & Launch of M3Sat requirement prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.�Details regarding this solicitation are included in the attachments to this announcement. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), number 80KSC021R0035, under Acquisition of Commercial Items (FAR Part 12) and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), as appropriate for this acquisition. The RFP provides for the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A list of the documents applicable to this RFP are as follows: RFP 80KSC021R0035 Attachment 001- Statement of Work SOW Appendix A � M3Sat Dimensions All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the agency. Any award made from this RFP shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete the Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at beta.sam.gov. The RFP incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 10-23-2020. Delivery is FOB Destination. This Procurement is Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code and Size Standard for this requirement are 481212 and 1500, respectively. The proposal due date is May 21, 2021 at 3:00PM eastern time (ET). Details regarding proposal submission and award selection are provided in the solicitation. Questions regarding the solicitation and/or Specifications are encouraged to ensure adequate understanding of the Government�s requirement. �All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than 3:00pm ET on May 12, 2021.� Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered.� Questions will be accepted via e-mail only to: joshua.m.klein@nasa.gov and scott.g.syring@nasa.gov.� Questions submitted by fax or telephone will not be accepted.�
