This is a market survey for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes an official Request for Information (RFI) as defined by FAR 15.201(e). This is a sources sought notice (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability and availability of sources with water testing service experience.� The Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut is seeking qualified Woman-Owned and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB and EDWOSB) to provide Roofing Construction for Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT.� The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform water testing services as described in the associated attachments. The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The estimated period of performance is 120 days. �The estimated contract award date is 1 August 2021.�� Sources sought include woman-owned small business concerns (WOSB) and economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business concerns (EDWOSB). �The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors). �The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. Interested vendors should at a minimum, fill out and submit the attached Sources Sought Information Request Form, inclusive of the following information:� Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, and business size and status.� Vendors are also invited to provide the following information, paying particular attention to address: contracts of similar scope and size, references, and record of past performance.� All responsible interested sources are encouraged to submit their capabilities in regard to the above no later than 2:00 PM EST on 2 June 2021. �All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
