- Defense Health Agency (DHA) Component Acquisition Executive (J-4) National Capital Region � Contracting Division (NCR-CD) Subj: Source Sought Announcement This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Clinic (WRNMMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Building 54 Bethesda, MD 20889, in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for a Stealth Station� ENT Navigation System-Electromagnetic Image Guidance System, with customization of the software flow specific to each surgeon and procedure specific work flow specific to FESS, anterior, or lateral skull base. This unique customization feature also allows for surgeon specific workflows, instrument preference, CT windowing, and Orthogonal view placement. The navigation instruments provide the same look and feel as your standard ENT instruments. The Stealth Station ENT software consists of the Stealth Station ENT software running on a customized Linux operating system which offers enhanced security with encryption, antivirus, and a network security system (firewall). The software comes default with DICOM Q/R, which allows the user to access their PACS system, and Virtual Endoscopy which allows the surgeon to view the anatomy as if their surgical instrument was an endoscope. Currently, Medtronic, Inc., 710 Medtronic Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN, 55432-5603 is the products manufacturer 6and authorized distributor for the product. The total of this Contract $547,405.76. The NAICS code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750.
