Description

The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV, intends to issue a solicitation for two (2) 65 LB. wahsers that are equivalent in quality and specifications to a UNIMAC Model # UWT065N10LX050B000.� The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price type contract for this solicitation.� The Government will award to the resonsible offeror(s), whose offer conforming to the solicitation is considered to be most adventageous to the Government based on price.� The solicitation will be available on or about May 11, 2021, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Oportunities web site at http://beta.sam.gov.� The site provides downloading instructions.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed.� All future information regarding this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.� Offerors are instructed to submit their best offer intially.� Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� Per FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov.� Payments will be made using electronic funds transfer.��
