- Currently, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) has a requirement for two Bridge Cranes Systems and potential installation in accordance with the�statements of Work (SOW).� Vendors interested in this proposed acquisition must meet the criteria for Federal Supply Code (FSC) 3810 Crane and Crane - Shovels or Product Service Code (PSC) 3950 Winches, Hoists, Cranes, and Derricks and Related Equipment and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333923 Overhead Traveling Crane and Monorail System Manufacturing or List the FSC, PSC & NAICS you can provide the Cranes under.� It is anticipated that subsequent procurement will be a firm-fixed-price contract.� Delivery will be on an FOB Destination basis.� Any potential vendor must be a qualified manufacturer of the above mentioned bridge cranes and current enrollment in System of Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.�
