- Description
- This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-aside, Invitation for�Bids (IFB).� This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is�$30,000,000.� All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist,�Beth Sutey, elizabeth.m.sutey@usace.army.mil Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Suisun Bay and NY Slough Channel to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and Bulls Head Channel (Reach 2) to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material to the Government-furnished site SF-16 or a contractor-furnished upland placement site. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside.�It will be issued as an Invitation f or Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 24�May�2021, for viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about 24 June 2021/1:30 p.m. PDT. The specific date�and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT�THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME�DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR�FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in�hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for�this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.Sam.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.Sam.gov will require prior�registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are�a first-time Beta.Sam.gov user, you will also be required to register in�www.sam.gov (www.sam.gov.) before accessing the IFB documents. To�register, click on the Register Now button in the Vendors Block and follow the�instructions.
