- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST), Aviation Operations Division (AOD) seeks information on the availability of a company solution that meets the requirements below. AOD currently utilizes two different software ARINC Flight Operations Software (FOS) and Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Programs (CAMP) Maintenance and Inventory Management modules. AOD seeks information as to the availability of one company solution that replaces these two separate software platforms. The one company solution must be able to export the raw data from existing software and import into the one solution. The solution must have FedRAMP certification. The NAICS Code for this RFI is 511210 - Software Publishers This is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Market research is conducted at this time for the sole purpose of determining interest and capability of potential sources currently availability to meet the needs of DOE/NNSA. The Government requests Interested parties to submit a Capability Statement and the following company information. Company information Name Address Point of Contact Phone number DUNS Owner if part of another company List of software solution Benefits Number of current organizations utilizing Year introduced FedRAMP State if authorized and service models If not authorized provide explanation Alternate solution If a better solution is available in the commercial market, please provide the information SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: �Responses shall not exceed four (4) letter-size (8.5�x11�) pages using 12-point font and 1-inch margins; any pages submitted in excess of four pages will not be reviewed. Responses must be submitted electronically via e-mail to ralph.mayer@nnsa.doe.gov by 4:00 pm MT on May 21, 2021. Any costs incurred as a result of this RFI shall be borne by the company and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. The government will not review any capability statements and/or company information received after the time and date specified. The Government does not intend to release its findings from the submissions but will use the input for planning purposes. All questions pertaining to the RFI should be directed to Ralph Mayer at ralph.mayer@nnsa.doe.gov DOE/NNSA is not obligated to respond to or resolve all potential questions received from respondents.� DOE/NNSA personnel may contact respondents to clarify a responder�s capabilities and other matters as part of this market research process. DISCLAIMER In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 15.201(e), RFIs may be used when the Government does not presently intend to award a contract, but wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes.
