Description: The purpose of this proposed contract is to obtain Wave Fusion Kit components for FBI owned LMR system.� Procom Corporation is the original manufacturer and the only provider for the Wave Fusion Kit components requested.� Based on extensive market research and the proprietary system no other vendor can provide the Wave Fusion Kits. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attenton of: Rosa Perry, email address: Rlperry3@fbi.gov by Tuesday, May 11, 2021. (10:00am Eastern Standard Time).� Emailed responses will only be considered.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this otice is at the discretion of the Government.
