- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Custodial Services - Edwards AFB, CA and Palmdale, CA A013465a The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to gather industry information in regards to a Custodial Services at Edwards AFB, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Air Force Plant 42. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can perform custodial and related services in accordance with our ""Draft"" Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 19 April 2021. Contractor(s) will be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, engineering and/or technical design and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish projects as described in the PWS, and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations. It is anticipated that the Custodial Services will be a ten (10) year, Firm Fixed-Price Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity (FAR 16.5) or Options (FAR 17.2) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 561720 Janitorial Services. The PSC is S201. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: Capability in custodial services on a similar scope and scale as Edwards AFB, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Air Force Plant 42. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding custodial services of similar scope/scale should provide corresponding information to show how your company would meet the requirements of the PWS. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed our performance requirements outline in the PWS. In addition, provide/answer the following: (1) Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, Cage Code and DUNS number; (2) Company's business size, to include number of employees; (3) Company's socioeconomic status to include, but not limited to: 8(a), SDB, and WOSB, SDVOSB. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Any future solicitation will be made available only on beta.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities (beta.sam.gov). Therefore, interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates to include amendments. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged at this time, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Information received will be used within the Air Force to facilitate acquisition strategy decision making and to solidify Market Research, and will not be disclosed outside the agency. If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, please prepare and submit a Capabilities Statement by 11:00 AM (PST) on 31 May 2021.
