Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE RFQ being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for BRAND NAME Measurand Inc SAAV-001 ShapeArray(TM) and associated components. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 dated 3/10/2021. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 335999 with an industry size standard of 500 employees and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 5999.� A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
