Description: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) for its annual membership dues for the period of 01 July 2021 through 30 June 2022. The Middle States Commission on Higher Education, MSCHE, is the recognized US Department of Education (USDE) association for universities, colleges, medical colleges and other licensed academic programs in the Mid-Atlantic region. The payment of this institutional membership fee is required for the mission and responsibilities of USU. The MSCHE membership allows for the continuation of accreditation of USU�s academic programs.
