We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following item(s) for the Hunter Holmes McGuire Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: Quantity of (160) Fabric Cubicle Curtains Specifications: Medline Cubical Curtain, MITCC74169 Fabric: FR, 100% Polyester, Medline, Meadow, Glint Mesh: 18 Length, FR approved 100% Nylon, White Mesh opening size: ½ aperture Width: Cut Width 72 Curtain Length: 81 including Mesh Grommets: Nickel plated grommets spaced 6 on enter Seams: Flat, ½ gauge double needle lock stitch Hems: Double Turned, twin needle stitched Hem size: Double turn 1 doubled over double needle lock stitch Fabric Testing: Passes NFPA 701 Fabric Durability: Fabric able to be laundered at 160 degrees maximum Recycled Content: Fabric manufactured with 74% post-consumer recycled contents TAA Compliant; Fabric and Manufacturing TAA Compliant Manufacturer: Medline Industries, Inc (No substitutions) All responses shall be submitted no later than 5 pm, 10 May.
