- This is a�TSC IV�Soliciation Notice The intent of this posting is to notify all Training Systems Contract IV (TSC IV) MAC Small Business (SB) holders that the R-SBT Task Order FINAL Solicitation is available upon request. Proposals�are NLT COB on June 07, 2021. �As stated within the solicitation, questions shall be submitted within the L attachment no later than�4:00PM EST on May 12, 2021, to Jocelyn McChesney, Contract Specialist at Jocelyn.Mcchesney1@navy.mil. This effort is restricted only to TSC IV MAC Small Business holders.� As such, any solicitations and/or responses received to this effort by any company will not receive a response.� TSC IV SB holders that are interested in gaining access to the solicitation documents shall request them from the Contract Specialist, Jocelyn McChesney.
