- Description
- The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2021. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish gardening/landscaping maintenance services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. These services shall also be performed at the exterior portions, including all perimeter walls and fences and front-side sidewalks of the following U.S. Government (USG) properties: 1) Chancery: 9,705 square meters, including the garden area in front of the Controlled Access Area (CAC) 2) Chief of Mission/Ambassador's Residence (CMR): 5,081 square meters 3) Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR): 1,402 square meters 4) Mitsui Housing Compound: 9,705 square meters Daily regular services, such as cleaning all areas including lawn, gardens, walkways, steps, driveways, streets, and parking lots, shall be performed during the Embassy's regular working hours of 0830-1730, Monday through Friday. Other services shall be in accordance with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules. NOTE: Unique Identifier Number and System of Award Management (SAM) are mandatory requirements for all companies to be considered for the contract award. Offerors may obtain a Unique Identifier Number and information on SAM registration, and annual confirmation requires via the internet at: System for Award Management: www.sam.gov Qualified companies interested in the solicitation�shall express�their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Ms. Jamie M. Fleischhacker at FleischhackerJM@state.gov, no later than Thursday, June 3, 2021, using the solicitation number 19GE5021R0073 in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm Unique Entity Number (formerly DUNS number) Name, Telephone, and Email Address of Point of Contact Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm The solicitation package/documents shall not be placed on FedBizOpps. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/documents when available. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translation will be at the expense of the Contractor. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and�possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform construction work in Japan. A pre-proposal conference and site visit shall be tentatively scheduled for on or about the middle of June 2021. The details of which will be provided to interested offerors. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. The requirement will be completed using full and open competition procedures.�
