Description

The U.S. Consulate Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for repair and refinishing work at the Foreign Commercial Services (FCS) office in central Hong Kong. All responsble sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will�be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed enveloped marked ""Quotation Enclosed"" to the Contracting Office, Mr. Perry Chen, at the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong, 26 Garden Road Hong Kong.� Please see the offers due date in this soliciation notice�for quotation submission deadline. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.11, the successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to submitting their proposal.
