Description

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging in Buffalo, NY. The requirement description is as follows:� Total Rooms: 85 � � Number of nights; �243 Nights 11 Rooms for 4 nights each 9 May 2021 -13 May 2021 = 44 Room Nights� 17 Rooms for 3 nights each 10 May 2021 -13 May 2021 = 51 Room Nights� 29 Rooms for 3 nights each 16 May 2021 -19 May 2021 = 87 Room Nights� 26 Rooms for 2 nights each 22 May 2021 - 24 May 2021 = 52 Room Nights� 1 Room for 4 Nights each � �22 May 2021 - 26 May 2021 = 4 Room nights 1 Room for 5 Nights each � � 22 May 2021 -27 May 2021 = 5 Room Nights LOCATION: Must be Located�within 10 miles from 184 Connecticut St. Buffalo, NY 14213� ROOM TYPE:��Single Occupancy Rooms Only� All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote.�FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov� This requirement is a small business set-aside.� Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award.� Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered.
