Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0660 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Lebanon MC, PA has a requirement for Long Resectoscope. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Allan Tabliago (allan.tabliago@va.gov) no later than 3:00 PM, EST on , May 7, 2021. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only, no later than 3:00 PM, EST, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Please read the entire solicitation.
