Description

SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238160 size standard of $16,500,000. A roof replacement contract is needed to for all necessary labor, tools, equipment supplies and transportation required to remove and dispose of the existing roof and gutter systems.� New roof/gutter systems will be installed on each pump station to include a minimum 20 year warranty.� Roof section drawings and location maps are included in this solicitation. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package.� All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Vincent.J.Gier@usace.army.mil .� Bids not proposals can be submitted via email only to Vincent.J.Gier@usace.army.mil. Available thru betaSAM.gov The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about�4�May�2021, to all authenticated account holders of betaSAM.gov .� To familiarize vendors with the newly released betaSAM system, please download the betaSAM.gov.� Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid account to entered in the betaSAM system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
