Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is�2121301PCV038. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)�2021-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.The small business size standard is $16.5 million in annual receipts.�The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220; Air-Conditioning System (except window) Installlataion.� The contract type will be a�Firm-Fixed Price. Mini Split HVAC Installation Service - USCG Station Bayfield - Bayfield, Wisconsin as per statement of requirements. Please e-mail Request For Quotations (RFQ) to SK1 Vance P. Hughes; vance.p.hughes@uscg.mil. A standard itemized proprosal is acceptable.�Proposal must include wage rates that meet or exceed the federal standard per the Service Contract Act (See Attached). Past Performance reviews are required with proposal�by subpart 42.15. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.� �
