Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The purpose of this notice is to provide a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the IRES2 requirement. Offerors shall post questions and/or comments using ProjNet and the following bidder Key:� Website: http://www.projnet.org/projnet Key: M2I36A-FZ9X6Y�� Questions and/or comments relative to these draft documents shall be submitted no later than 2.00 pm Central Time 11 May 2021. Anticipated date of issuance for the RFP is June 2021. NOTE: Responses will not be provided to questions and/or comments during this period. The questions and/or comments received will be used for informational purposes only�and to update the RFP before issuing in June 2021. The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) intends to award Multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contracts to both large and small businesses. The Government intends to award a contract or contracts resulting from this solicitation to all qualifying offerors as stated in FAR 15.304(c)(1)(ii). This requirement will be competed on an unrestricted basis and will result in Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOCs). The total programmatic capacity for the MATOC is $750 Million for services. Individual capacities will not be assigned to each contract. Under this MATOC, task orders will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost- Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF). This MATOC will have a base ordering period of thirty-six (36) months with two (2) 12-month option periods. The objective of this contract is to procure services from a contractor to perform International Remediation and Environmental Services. Contractors will perform Military Munitions Response (MMR) services involving Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), Material Potentially Presenting an Explosive Hazard (MPPEH), Chemical Warfare Material (CWM), and Biological Warfare Material (BWM); Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS) involving primarily Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) including Biological Waste and Munitions Constituents (MC), and Other Munitions Related Services (OMRS) as necessary to permit lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purpose.
