- This advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 21-REG04 by way of reference as an RLP attachement The U.S. Government currently occupies�13,264� rentable square feet of office and related space located at�the Azalea Bilding , 6324 Fairview Rd.�Charlotte, NC, under a lease scheduled to expire September 30, 2021. The Government plans to negotiate a 4 year lease renewal�with a one year firm term at this location at the same square footaged based on economic advantage, agency mission, and other factors while we prepare for a competivtive action for the Government's long term needs. The Government will only consider relocation if alternative space is advantageous to the government and factors including relocation and disruption can be mitigated. All service, supplies, utilities, and require tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration. City: Charlotte State: NC Delineated Area:NA Minimum ABOA Sq. Secure parking can be accomplished in the following ways: (1)� Secure interior parking in the form of an enclosed garage is one option. If a garage is the secure parking method, it should have a minimum of 12� high clearance which will be based on the office vehicle height requirement for access by technical equipment vans. (2) If NO vehicle height requirement is needed the standard height of 7� will beacceptable.This determination will be made on a case by case, site by site basis. All spaces shall be clearly striped and numbered. IMPORTANT NOTES: Offerors are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
