- SUBJECT: Large Scale Global Exercise (LSGE) 22 Life Support Area (LSA) capabilities in / around Netherlands, Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia Problem Statement: The LGSE comprises multiple exercises supporting US Army Europe & Africa's exercise portfolio through numerous countries. The United States Government seeks the potential commercial capability to provide life support areas in accordance with applicable European Union regulations in the following countries: Netherlands, Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia. The United States Government seeks the commercial capability to provide housing and necessities for up to 2,000 exercise participants. Requirements may include: - Portable living containers - Berry Compliant Tents - Food Service Capability - HVAC Capability - Electrical Capability - Showers - Portable Latrines - Hand Wash Stations - Gray Water Removal - Portable Generator / Light Sets - Laundry Capability shall include all required equipment and expertise to deliver, �establish, maintain, and manage life support areas throughout the entire exercise timeline in accordance with applicable host nation and European Union laws / regulations. � Provide the POC with applicable company literature outlining interest and capability to perform this type of requirement. The USG is not seeking a single entity to perform in all of the above reference countries. The ability to perform in any of the nations is strongly encouraged to submit a capability statement.
