Description: THIS IS A DRAFT RFP AND THE TERMS OF THE SOLICITATION ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Okinawa (Japan) Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Pacific South District.
