Description

SOURCES SOUGHT The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability of qualified businesses to fulfill the requirement. This is a supply contract for Reagent Supplies to be used on Cepheid GeneXpert platform (Cat. # GXXVI-16-L and GXIV-4-L) that WAMC owns. The reagents will allow the Pathology Department to use the FDA-approved in vitro diagnostic testing of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Group A and Group B Strep, among other pathogens. This testing is for the Department of Pathology, WAMC, Building 4-2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This sources sought is considered all or none.� The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413. Please see the attached document titled �A.03 Exhibits-revised� for the list of items required to support this requirement. There is also a Sole Source Justification attached which describes the government intent to sole source. � THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to include:� Reagent Supplies to be used on Cepheid GeneXpert platform (Cat. # GXXVI-16-L and GXIV-4-L), Pathology Department, Fort Bragg, NC.� If your organization has the potential capacity to provide this service, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; as well as CAGE and DUNS Code.
