Description

SOURCES SOUGHT.�� The Government is looking to purchase Pump, Cardiac Assist, AC3 Optimus Intra-Aortic Balloons for the Department of Medicine Catheterization Lab located at Womack Army Medical Center. The expendable supply of balloons are only compatible with the AC3 Optimus Intra-Aortic Balloon pump, which is already located in the Cath Lab at Womack Army Medical Center. Required items are noted below: TLFX IAT-00201 - Universal Simulator 115V Assem. TLFX IAT-00025 - Accessory Set ARRW IAP-0700 - AC3 Optimus Intra-Aortic Balloon ARRW IAA-01004 - AC3 Optimus Accessory Bag TLFX IAA-00175 - IV Pole TLFX IAT-CE32 - Installation Training Package TLFX IAT-CE33 - Annual Clinical Education Please advise if you can provide the required items and if you are a small or large business.
