Description

Grand Teton National Park - Propane This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1421Q0019. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include a five year ordering period for propane per the PWS. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity firm-fixed price contract. The maximum value quantity of this contract is 300,000 gallons. The minimum guarantee quantity is 5,000 gallons that will satisfy the minimum quantity to be ordered on this contract. This is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324110. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. SITE VISIT: Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. An organized site visit has been scheduled for- Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 10am MST. Participants will meet at- Grand Teton National Park, Moose Headquarters, 103 Headquarters Loop Rd, Moose, WY 83012 Interested parties shall RSVP to molly_lynam@nps.gov at least 24 hours prior to the site visit.
