Description

NOI-RML-2072678 NAICS � 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services � Suze Standard: $35M This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal.� The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Neo4j, Inc., San Mateo, CA to procure Aura Enterprise Annual Credits - 16GB RAM, 35,040 annual credits includes Neo4j Desktop. Credits to use Aura to host Neo4j in dev/qa/prod for PaVE when hosted in Monarch.� PaVE is an application hosted on-prem and is in the process of being moved to Monarch and having new features added for a 2.0 release.� The data for PaVE is public-facing and does not have PII or PHI elements.� The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� All responsible sources that could provide comparable services may submit a capability statement that will be considered by email (subject line to reference NOI-RML-2072678) to Jesse Weidow at jesse.weidow@nih.gov, by 10:00 AM eastern standard time Monday, May 10th.� All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
