Description

This a sole-source procurement.� This pre-solicitation is published for information purposes only.� Solicitation documents are not available.� The source is Parking Management Inc (PMI).� The company is located at 1725 DeSales Street NW, Suite 202, Washington, DC 20036.� The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a requirement for 21 lease parking spaces at 6707 Democracy Blvd., Rockville MD 20852, Twenty One Spaces.� As part of an approved prospectus action, the Democracy I and II of the, National Institutes of Health (NIH) short-term extended two leases at 6707 Democracy Blvd., Rockville, MD 20852.� ORWH currently does not include employee parking in their leases for office space at Democracy I and II area.� The official NIH Parking Policy, Manual Chapter 1410, section F, paragraph 6, sections b & d, states that NIH follows the 41 CFR regulations for the Assignment and Allocation of Employee Parking Spaces and that ""whenever possible, the ratio for assigning parking spaces in the off-campus facilities will be Twenty one �(21) parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet of assignable space within the building. The agency contemplates to award a contract with one base year for Parking Management Inc, for leasing parking spaces.� The Period of Performance shall be May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
