- This Request for Information is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this notice are not offers and the Government cannot accept to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this Request for Information should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this Request for Information. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this Request for Information is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on how to potentially procure the services requested in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) from industry. The Government is seeking information from sources who have provided like services on prior contracts. Individual teleconferences for a timeframe up to 1 hour may be held where contractors could further elaborate on the provided written submission with the Requiring Office and Contracting Office. These teleconferences, if held, will be scheduled at a later date/time based upon the availability of all parties. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: a) Name of Company, DUNS Number, and CAGE Code b) Point of Contact, Point of Contact Title, Telephone Number, Address, and E-mail Address c) Business size status for NAICS CODE 621111 d) Description on how to best procure like services from industry. This can include information such as contract type (Firm Fixed Price / Time and Material), coverage by location (Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS)), etc. e) Affirm the company is financially capable of meeting the requirement f) Any pertinent questions/concerns The page limit for this information is 10 pages. Responses must be sent to Allison.Douglewicz@dla.mil by May 31, 2021 @ 2:00PM EST. The Government will not review late submissions.
