Description

This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source Award for Satellite Simulator Repair in support of the Air Defense Artillery (ADA) School, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. �Description THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE for Satellite Simulator repair for the United States Army Air Defense Artillery School (ADA), Fort Sill, Oklahoma.� Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sill (MICC � Fort Sill), Oklahoma, intends to award a SOLE SOURCE contract that will support the ADA School at Fort Sill, OK. The contractor, which has proprietary rights to the Satellite Simulator that is being repair and will be required to repair one (1) Satellite Simulator that supports training ADA courses on Fort Sill, OK. This repair will provide Government with the ability to conduct Demand Assigned Multiple Access (DAMA) and Integrated Waveform (IW) satellite operations.� This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) Code is 517410, size standard $35M. �This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.� A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any questions must be made in writing and directed to: Austin Turner, austin.b.turner10.civ@mail.mil � Contract Specialist and William Boyer, william.e.boyer10.civ@mail.mil � Contracting Officer at Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Sill, 1803 Macomb Rd, Fort Sill, OK 73503
