- Amendment 0001 is being issued to clarify the Schedule THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. � This synopsis/solicitation 1305M221Q00335 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Department of Commerce, NOAA Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), Office of Marine and Aviation, Aircraft Operations Center, 3450 Flightline Drive, Lakeland, FL 33811 has a requirement for a senseFly eBeeX Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) with add on S.O.D.A. 3D camera and training. Required Delivery Date is May 31, 2021. �The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.� This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1500 employees. Please see Statement of Work/Requirement/Schedule for details. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote:� The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3.� � Address the ability of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work/Schedule/Requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 5:00 P.M. Eastern on May 4, 2021; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.� Offers must be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Wendy Culbreth at Wendy.Culbreth@noaa.gov.� All questions must be submitted in writing to Wendy.Culbreth@noaa.gov by 2:00 P.M. Eastern on May 3,�2021. Telephonic requests will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about April 30, 2021.� All interested parties wishing to submit a quote must be registered in the SAM database at the time of submission to be considered for award.
