Description: This is a Sole Source action. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC) requires 9 satellite communication devices, associated accessories, and Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) service plans in support of Enterprise Logistics Readiness Team deployment requirements. EMSS service plans are the only Government authorized data plans and are only provided by COMSAT, Inc. A standard minimum is a 150MB monthly EMSS plan.
