- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Kubota Tractor and Attachments Canandaigua VAMC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted through fedbizopps.gov on RFQ reference number 36C24221Q0566. This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08 /14JUL2020. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). It is the Government s intent to issue a firm fixed price, single award as a result of this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333111, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Pursuant to FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Network Contracting Office 2 is seeking to purchase a Kubota Tractor and attachments for the Canandaigua VA Medical Center in Canandaigua, NY. This solicitation is Brand Name Only. The requested item shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition.
