- � � �*****Responses due Monday, 26 April 2021 no later than 10:00 A.M. Central***** The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all items listed below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.� � **This is a new requirement. There is not an incumbent.** The Government anticipates the need for hazardous material abatement, demolition and dremoval of property inprovements, and cleanup of multiple properties within the clear zone of the JBSA-Randolph airfield runways in Schertz, TX and Converse, TX. The properties include but are not limited to one (1) rural tract with mobile home, sheds, two (2) water wells, and two (2) undeveloped parcels with debris. Upon completion of demolition and clean-up, the properties shall be returned to a natural vegetated state and ready for mowing equipment. The Government is seeking contractors to locate, disconnect and cap all utilities, and demolish and remove all mechanical systems, equipment and equipment pads, plumbing within 5 feet of exisiting buildings to be demolished, and survey the properties for hazardous materials. Trees may be removed in order to access the work.� Any trees removed shall be either be removed from site entirely, or chipped and scattered on site. In addition, the vendor will have to complete work after demoltion which includes but not limited to: backfilling, leveling and revegetating any disturbed areas with grass seed. All work is identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Furthermore, the contractor shall have a demolition license and registration by the City of San Antonio or the State of Texas and a NESHAP certified person on-site during all demolition activities. The contractor shall be properly insured and compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. �Contractor shall perform all contract requirements in accordance with the Government provided specifications/requirement data cited in the attached SOW.
