Description

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, ALAMEDA, CA anticipates awarding SOLE SOURCE procurement to APPLETON MARINE Scope of Work: CGC STRATTON; Folding Boom Crane Repairs The CTR shall provide technical services and labor to complete repairs to Appleton Folding Boom cranes on CGC STRATTON. The CTR shall provide the following: 1. Attend Daily Production Meeting to include a. Review of plan and requirements with Ship�s personnel b. Completion of OEM checklist if available c. Valid RapidGate credentials and/or a completed filled out Access List Template (attached) d. Perform all work IAW SFLC Standard Specification 0000 2. Certified technician to preform repairs to Folding Boom Crane as identified in Field service report completed 21 September 2020. Coast Guard will provide the following: 1. Clean work environment Period of Performance: 26 June 2021 -6 August 2021 The Contractor is expected to quote for and provide services for 4 total days, and be coordinated at a later date with STRATTON Port Engineer, LTJG Nicholas Paisker, (510) 437-2796. Place of Performance: Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA All electronic files and reports will be sent to the COR and distributed through proper channel Vendor will provide all labor and parts listed in the Schedule. NAICS Code #336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 AM PST for 70Z08521NP45D5200 �will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
