Description

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to repair the ALE-50 FIST Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), rehost the B-1B MDG to the Windows 10 platform, and investigate the ALE-50 F-16 Launcher Controller and IMPLC memory limitations, and its impact on various evolution of the weapon systems. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined.� AFLCMC/WNY EW SPO is pursuing a strategic partnership the Contractor to provide support to WNY in a program to resolve Repair and Test issues with the ALE-50 Decoy System. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all software, software development environment, hardware, key personnel, expertise, and subcontracts required to meet the requirements specified by this Task Order. This PWS covers ALE-50 Decoy System DMS/Integration/Testing support. To meet its mission, AFLCMC/WNY EW SPO requires ALE-50 Decoy System ready for production for a combat role with rapid re-programmability and application portability.
