- The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform vendors that the Library of Congress (Library) has a brand name requirement and intends to solicit and issue a sole source award to Minaret Corporation�for�maintenance, licensing and support services related to Minaret's Classification Web software and service. The Classification Web subscription database service�is currently in use at the Library and this requirement is for maintenance and licensing to support this�solution. This solution can only be procured directly from the OEM, Minaret, as there are no re-sellers of this solution.� The Library's brand name justification and sole source of this requirement to Minaret is attached to this posting for review. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals. If your organization believes that the information is incorrect or additional information should be considered by the Contracting Officer please notify the Primary Contact�at the email address mentioned in this posting.�
