Description

GSA is seeking 4,378 ABOA, 5,184 RSF of office space in Melville, NY for 15 years full, 10 years firm. The following requirements must be met: The office space cannot be within 1000 feet of schools/day care, residential areas, health facilities, places of worship, prisons. The office building must be able to provide 13 surface level parking spaces for the Government's use.�See attachment for the approved delineated area. The space must be vertically contiguous on no more than two floors. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).�For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
