Description: ESC is in need to procure and implement a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software with capabilities to monitor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processing. Monitoring software detects and provides information regarding BOT activity accessing ESC systems such as detect RPA services and identify a BOT, detect abnormal processes, monitor trends and assist with problem resolution. The solution will include installation, validation testing, and training for users and administrators sufficient to satisfy a wide range of administrators and users. Training will include sufficient depth for operational competence, application configuration in the environment, software maintenance for patching and upgrades.
