Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Montana City: Billings Delineated Area: Please see the attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,800 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 15 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 180 Firm Term: 120 Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Contiguous space is required Offered space must be on the second floor or higher The proposed facility shall not be located within 640 feet of Interagency Security Committee (ISC) designated �hazardous materials, transportation or storage facilities� The proposed facility shall not be located within 640 feet of �low risk facilities� including, but not limited to, day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals, and social services centers. The proposed facility shall not be located in close proximity or adjacent to facilities associated with foreign powers identified in the Tenant�s National Security Threat list. The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices, Internal Revenue Service, Universities or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant�s Physical Security Unit. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, security and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
