- **UPDATED 30 MARCH 2021: Industry Q&A with Amendment 0002; extend due date of proposals** **UPDATED 23 MARCH 2021: Industry Q&A with Amendment 0001; upload DD254** **UPDATED 10 MARCH 2021: RFP with associated Attachments have been posted. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to solicit technical management, administrative and technical services, materials, tools, equipment, facilities (machine shop and warehouse), and required support to accomplish installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of main and auxiliary weapons, hull, mechanical and electrical equipment to support various Submarine, SUBSAFE and Level I Material work onboard SSN 21Class (Seawolf Class), SSN 688 Class (Los Angeles Class), SSBN/SSGN 726 Class (Ohio Class), and SSN 774 Class (Virginia Class) Submarines. Contractors shall be qualified by the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. to perform SUBSAFE and Level I work and be listed on NAVSEANOTE 5000 in order to be eligible for contract award. In the interest of enhancing competition amongst contractors, the Government intends to add additional IDIQ holders under the current SUBSAFE MAC Program.�The Government is seeking NAVSEANOTE 5000 approved contractors that are qualified or becoming qualified to conduct maintenance, repair or install alterations within the Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) certification boundary onboard US Navy submarines.�Only one Prime Contract is allowed per company. ""Company"" includes affiliates and business units as defined in FAR 2.101. The Government is requesting that interested parties submit a one (1)-page technical capability statement indicating the interest of the firm and the eligibility of performing SUBSAFE and Level 1 work.� Submissions shall be sent via email to Alicia.McPeters@navy.mil with the subject line: N6449821R4021 - SUBSAFE Rolling Admissions.�� The anticipated �Rolling Admissions� RFP will be made available electronically upon its release at beta.SAM.gov. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received. The anticipated date of RFP posting is on or around 11 February 2021. As these services have been determined to be non-commercial, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 entitled, �Contracting by Negotiation�.�
