- 01-124-5529, Mount Resilient Weapon System, P/N E22-X001/02 01-126-1451, Snubber, P/N(s) 29163-1 and 75-10-0011 01-215-0638, Mount Resilient Weapon System, P/N 24657-1/09 00-168-6656, Mount Resilient Weapon System, P/N 50021-2/04 00-054-8196, Mount Resilient Weapon System, P/N T64-AB-35 These items are for a Long-Term Contract (LTC) with a base and four option years.���� This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with Part Number(s), which will include five NSN(s) Mount Resilient Weapon System and Snubber.� These items are�solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. �Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. �First Destination Transportation Program (FDT) applies. This item is not a commercial item. AMC/AMSC� 3D �and 3B.� Approved sources in the Procurement Item Description:� Hutchinson Aerospace Industry Inc., CAGE 81860 and Electric Boat Corporation CAGE 96169. ����""Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services."" This item is a stock buy item. �Higher Level Quality Requirement and critical application applies. This is a shelf-life item. ���Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� The contract will be effective for Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to four (4) option year periods.� Surge requirements do not apply.� Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.� The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be April 15th 2021.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the Request For Proposal (RFP).� From the DIBBS homepage, select �Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at� http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. �
