Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE SOLICITATION.�� THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO (ACE ELECTRONICS DEFENSE SYSTEMS, LLC(5TWH2), PURSUANT TO FAR 19.1406 under PR number 1000115353 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). �The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 3-year base with no option IQC for the approved source. NSN:� 5995-01-632-6581; CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; NAICS 334419 Required delivery is 202 days.� Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 425 each.� The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.��� � � � � � � � � � There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively changed from 1 April 2021.
